REGISTRATION & FEES FOR THE RAPID COURSE 2012 (SINHALA MEDIUM ONLY)
Fees :- Rs 3,000/= for a Unit of Rapid Course
Registration Fees = 500/=
A unit of seminars include 4 consecutive seminars determined by the CFPS
A monthly card will be issued upon payment The distribution of course material will also be indicated on the monthly card. Students are required to bring the monthly card with them. A student who has lost his card or not brought it to class will be required to obtain a fresh card on payment of the stipulated fees.

It is a comprehensive course that will cover both theory and revision and the best advantage of the course can be obtained if you follow the course in its entirety. It is significant that the Lecturers who started conducting lecturers when the CFPS was started in 1992 are still lecturing at CFPS. Apart from the 20 years experience in teaching our lecturers are all experienced and successful Lawyers.
THE SYLLABUS
The Law College Entrance Examination consists of a single two-hour paper on " The Background to the Law ". Candidates may sit for the paper in a medium of their choice.
QUALIFICATIONS
New A/Level Syllabus:
The minimum required qualification is three passes.
Old A/Level Syllabus:
The minimum required qualification is four passes.
In addition to this, credit passes in Sinhala (or Tamil) and English at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level are required.

There is no age barrier for students to sit for the Law entrance exam.
RULES
* Students are expected to maintain the good name and cleanliness of the premises.
* Regular attendance, punctuality and discipline are necessary.
The C.F.P.S reserves the rights to terminate the studentship of any student for disciplinary or other reasons. It also reserves the rights to alter the date, venue or fees due to unforeseen circumstances.
THE LAW ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
The Law College Entrance Examination is conducted by the Council of Legal Education. The Examination is normally held in August.
Conducting of our classes and admission for our course is subject to the required qualifications and such other requirements or changes that may occur from time to time. We are not responsible for any changes which the Council of Legal Education may introduce from time to time as to the admission to Sri Lanka Law College or to the Law College Entrance Examination.
The Law Entrance Examination is a highly competitive Examination and as such students are expected to work diligently and use all available facilities provided to them.
